Do I need an appointment?

No, you can bring in your items whenever it is convenient for you. Please note, we are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

What are you taking?

Please call the boutique to find out what we need. It varies from day to day. Don't forget we are seasonal!

Do you have layaway?

No we do not. But we will hold an item for 24 hours for you.

Is there a limit on how many items I can bring in?

Yes, we have a limit between 25-35 items. 

How do I bring in items?

All items MUST be freshly washed- we will return them back to you if there are smells or animal hair. We like your items on hangers or in a laundry basket. Yes, you will get your basket back. We really do not like garbage bags, clothes tend to get very wrinkly.

Who and what determines the prices?

Love Thy Curves will determine the prices on items. We want your items to sell and we do our best to research various sites to get the best price for you.

How long is the consignment period?

At this time, we are a 90 day consignment boutique.

What brands do you accept?

Right now, we will accept all brands. But our best sellers are Torrid, Avenue, Catherines.

When can I collect my money?

You can always use your money in the shop at any time. But if you need a check, please note that Patti (the owner) is the only one who can write a check. We do not give out cash.

What happens to my items after the consignment period?

Your items either become the property of the store, where they are discounted and the funds go to a charity of our choice, or your items get donated to one of the many charites we work with in the valley. If you do not want to donate, you can pick up your items within 7 days of the end of your consignment period. If items are not picked up, they get donated.

Do you buy items?

No, we do not buy. 

Why should I consign with Love Thy Curves?

We make the process of consigning with us easy. We have over 1000 consignors and we are the ONLY plus size consignment shop in the Mahoning/Trumbull/Columbiana area. We care about our customers and accept only items that we would want in our own closet.

Do you ship?

Yes, we will ship items to you for a flat shipping fee of $10.00

What sizes do you take?

We take XL and above. That is sizes 16 and up. We do not take anything marked 14/16 or Large.

How do I check my account?

You can check your account on www.myresaleweb.com  You will need to know your consignor number, just call the boutique and we will be happy to give that to you.

What do you accept/not accept?

We accept tops, coats, jewelry, bathing suits, dresses, purses,  pajamas, shoes and pants.  All must be in current style, no rips, no smells (cigarette or animal) or hairs and in good condition.

What we do not accept are busines suits, scrubs,  underwear, handmade items, wedding gowns and vintage clothing.

Bras

We are going to start accepting bras, they either must be new with tags or nearly new.

Are you the boutique that was in North Lima?

Yes, that was us! We opened there in December of 2014 and in 2016 moved to our current place in Boardman!
