Winter consignment intake ends on December 15th.
Fall intake is finished. No short sleeve or sleeveless items of any kind will be accepted.
No Halloween themed items will be accepted after September 30th.
No Thanksgiving themed items will be accepted after October 15th.
Incoming consignments may be quarantined for up to a week. We do not go through items when they are brought in. We process in the order in whic we receive them. Paperwork will be completed and we will reach out via email once the consignment hits the sales floor. Our email is BeBeautifullyYouLTC@gmail.com. Any items not placed for sale will be either returned to the consignor or donated directly to charity. If items are not picked up within 7 days after emails are sent, the items will be donated to charity without any further communications.
We will not accept the following items:
Items must be freshly washed and folded or hung. Items will be placed in an 18 gallon plastic bin for storage during the quarantine/waiting period. Items must be neatly folded in bin. Please do not over fill the bin. The lid needs to easily fit on the top on the bin. Overfilling or not folding items causes clothing to wrinkle and then will not be accepted for consignment. Our bins typically hold the equivalent of a decent sized laundry basket.
We will be selective on items we accept and appreciate your understanding when we do not accept certain things. We are using our knowledge of what sells in our store to ensure the highest quality for our customers and the best return for our consignors. Items that are not placed for sale may be returned to consignors or directly donated to area charities. Items that do not get picked up within 7 days of being sent an email notification will be donated to charity without further contact from LTC.
You will be given ONE 18 Gallon tote for your consignment. The lid must fit on the top. If you have more items, you will be asked to wait one week (7 full days) before dropping off more items. With over 2100 consignors, we appreciate your understanding in allowing us to service all consignors and not to be overwhelmed with goods from just one consignor.
Once an item is placed on the sales floor, it is NOT returned to the consignor. Unsold items become property of the shop. The only exception is higher dollar (over $50 RESALE value, our price in the shop) items. If you are unsure if your items are considered higher dollar type items, please ask a store clerk. If items do not sell, most are placed in our deep discount room at a much lower cost or they are donated directly to charity. The sales from our clearance room are used to fund community give backs throughout the year at the discretion of LTC. Please see the "Giving Back" tab for things that LTC has already done in our community and beyond! We of course do all that we can to get your items to actually sell within your 90 day period.
